Public Organisation - Pedagogic sector.

My work experience was as an Economy – Technical and Financial Expert, Manager.

The Action was: Writing of teaching books and creation of supporting material for High Schools from 23/9/3004 to 28/2/2006 and after extended from 1/3/2006 to 28/2/2007 (MIS 86830).

My activities were related to Accounting (General Accounts, Business Accounting, Accounting Information System), Economics (Strategic Plan), Data Base Management System, Management Information Systems, Public Relation with the Suppliers. I was responsible for Economic and Financial Reports of the Project. I had under my supervision 125 Subordinates.

I worked at the 4th Children's Camp in Agios Andreas from 3/8/2002 to 20/8/2002 as a Supervisor. My employment was temporary, made under the provisions of Law 2190/94 article 21 concerning temporary staff.


Higher Technological Educational Institution of Messolonghi – Dep. Applied Informatics in Management and Finance.

I was employed as special technical staff at the Laboratories of Computer Programming and in particular in the technical support of Computers, installation of Software Systems (Windows 98,NT Servers), setting up of network (LAN) as well as offering teaching assistance in the Laboratory subject in association with the professor in charge during the winter and spring semester of studies 2001 – 2002 upon decision no. 15 17/09/2001 of the board of the Higher Technological Educational Institution of Messolonghi and pursuant to articles E5 10229/99 M.D. of the Ministry of Education and Religious Affairs.



EDUCATION


PhD: The research objectives of my Ph .D project held at Salford University, Salford Business School, Informatics Research Institute were to understand the need to increase the demand for mobile government services for citizens (G2C-C2G), businesses (G2B - B2G) or even the government (G2G).

A wide range of Analytical Techniques were employed by econometric tools such as SPSS and others to calculate demand models. The core structure of the research will be collaborated with other European Universities.

Lecturer Dr. David Kreps is my Supervisor. Dr David Kreps is Director of the Faculty of Business, Law and Built Environment Development and Enterprise Unit.



M.Sc: The Interdisciplinary Postgraduate Program of Studies on ECONOMICS and MANAGEMENT of TELECOMMUNICATION NETWORKS (National University of Athens) is an inter-scientific program that aims on filling the gaps of the education, the research and the development around the new tendencies of telecommunications that combine the technological, economical, institutional, administrative and social dimensions.

The on-line services that are observed the last decade from the various enterprises to their customers, begin to pass little by little in the constitutional level via the benefit of service from government owned organisations to the citizens. Nowadays, we become continuously more proficient on mobile technologies and also on the services that are provided. This precisely is the object which will this survey present analytically a) the several technological choices b) the services that are provided for the citizens c) the strategy that the state must follow d) the available forms of financing and finally e) the problems and also the profits that can appear through this the way of governing. This was the topic of my M.Sc dissertation. The M.Sc dissertation title was: Mobile Government – Need, Transfer Methodology – Applications and priorities under Ass. Professor Panagiotis Georgiadis (ex- General Secretary Public Administration and e-Government for Ministry of Development). The M.Sc dissertation was classed Excellent 10 in scale of 1-10.

CERTIFICATE IN MOBILE BUSINESS: The Network of Excellence The Athens University of Business and Economics in collaboration with the biggest Greek Universities (Aristotelian University, University of Crete and the UniSystem) delivered lectures of totally 68 hours in one year. The target was to make executives to invest in mobile business. The modules covered a wide range of subjects such as mobile business, Technology of m-Business, Business models, Law of Telecommunication, m-Business Analysis and Strategic Analysis.



CERTIFICATE:The University of Jyvaskyla is one of the best universities in Finland. During my studies at Higher Technological Educational Institution of Messolonghi I received a State Scholarship Foundation. I studied a variety of courses such as Laboratory Practicals in Electronic Commerce, Knowledge Creation and Management, Industrial Marketing Management, Survival Finnish, English. I designed an On line Web Shop using Apache Server, HTML, Macromedia Tools (Dreamweaver, Flash), Analysis and Design of Data Bases, PhP.



B.SC: The Department of Applied Informatics in Management and Finance equips students to gain good knowledge and skills necessary to develop and implement Information Technology applications in the fields of Management and Finance. Consequently, a profound knowledge of both Information Technology and the subjects of Management, Business Administration and Economics is required and offered. The programme is also designed to equip students with practical experience of currently available technologies and a thorough grounding in the principles of the subject enabling them to deal with future developments in this rapidly changing area.



The department is fortunate to have a fully equipped laboratory and various computer rooms that ensure students' training in high level computer languages programming (Pascal, C, C++, Java etc), operation systems, algorithms, data & file structure, visual basics, e-commerce, analysis of information systems for Finance. The laboratory can also support the implementation of research programmes and the submission of students' final year dissertation.

The final year dissertation is: Analysis of e-Banking Systems in Greece. My B.Sc dissertation was classed Excellent 10 in scale of 1-10. The Examiners were two in total from Ass.Prof. Dr Christos Makris (University of Patra, Dep. Engineering of Computer Sciences) and Ass.Prof. Dr Spyridon Syrmakesis (Supervisor Research Center No 5 in Research Academic Computer Technology Institute).

The results of this case study announced in the Proceedings of the EURO 20th European Conference on Operational Research, Rhodes, July 2004. The companies and the managers that participated in the survey: AB Vassilopoulos (Retail), Hellenic e- Business Solutions Ltd, WinBank (Piraeus Bank), Prom.gr, Cosmoone.gr, Dnhost.gr, Spar Veropoulos (Retail), Eurobank Cards (Eurobank Bank), elogistics.gr, Imerisia newspaper (Newspaper), Naftemporiki newspaper (Newspaper), Vodafone (Telecommunication Provider), Athens University of Economics and Business–ELTRUN/WRC Laboratory, Newsphone (ringtones.gr) and the InterBiz magazine.

During my studies I was focused on the application of modern scientific and technological methods in installation, expansion and preservation of computer systems and applications on the field of Administration and Economy; installation and preservation of supporting software for the right function of the operational system; management of Computer Science undertakings in business and organizations; planning, analysis and evaluation of computer systems policies in Administration and Economy. I was also able to offer valuable contribution to the Strategy Planning in Information Systems Development in both the private and public sector.

The Ebusinessforum (www.ebusinessforum.gr ) is a permanent consultation mechanism between the State, the business sector and the academic community, aiming to establish useful measures in promoting electronic business in Greece. Executives from all business sectors participate at the Forum, together with experts from Universities and Research Institutions, the Public Sector as well as representatives of social partners and consumers. In the 48, until today, working groups that have operated since November 2000, electronic business has been approached through various points of view: institutional, technical, business, economic, social and political.
